ECS, in collaboration with leading universities in leadership development, including Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University, offers a bespoke Executive Leadership Programme spanning five days, specifically designed for senior executives. The programme targets a small group of executives, facilitating deep engagement, peer learning, and direct application to the participants’ organizational contexts.

The programme focuses on strengthening strategic leadership capability in a volatile, technology-driven environment. It integrates strategic vision, innovation leadership, artificial intelligence and digital capability, change leadership, talent development, and business resilience.

Rather than relying on traditional lecture-based delivery, the programme is designed as an executive working lab, where participants apply frameworks, tools, and insights directly to live challenges from their own organizations.

Participants will work throughout the programme using a Leadership & Transformation Workbook (LTW), which captures reflections, diagnostics, and action commitments.
The Leadership & Transformation Workbook (LTW) is a structured executive working document used throughout the programme to anchor learning in real organizational challenges. Rather than a passive set of notes, the LTW functions as a guided leadership tool, prompting participants to diagnose their current strategic, leadership, digital, and organizational context, test assumptions, and record decisions made during each session. Across the five days, participants use the LTW to capture insights from discussions, site visits, simulations, and peer challenge, progressively building a coherent picture of their leadership impact and priorities. By the end of the programme, the LTW becomes a personalized Executive Leadership Action Plan, providing a practical reference for post-programme implementation, accountability, and sustained leadership development
