Cancellation / Refund Policy

A. Professional Qualifications

• Cancellation or withdrawal from professional qualifications is not allowed after payment.
• Any amount paid to the certification authority is non-refundable (i.e., after payment confirmation and registration with the certification authority).
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• In case of withdrawal/cancellation, if it occurs 3 days before the training starts, 75% of the training fees will be deducted (excluding certification authority fees).
• In the event of withdrawal/cancellation at the start of the training, no refund will be granted (i.e., 100% of the total payment will be deducted).
• The remaining amount due to the trainee after deduction will be retained by ECS (for 12 months) for later use by the client for ECS products.

B. Short Courses

Cancellation/withdrawal may be allowed up to 15 days before the training starts.
Any cancellation/withdrawal that occurs within 15 days before the training will be
subject to deductions as follows:

• A 50% deduction will apply if cancellation/withdrawal occurs within 10 days before the training starts.
• A 75% deduction will apply if cancellation/withdrawal occurs within 5 days before the training starts.
• A 100% deduction will apply if cancellation/withdrawal occurs at the start of the training.
• The remaining amount due to the trainee after deduction will be retained by ECS (for 12 months) for later use by the client for ECS products.

Changes / Substitutions

Changes/substitutions may be allowed before training starts under the following conditions:

• The trainee has the right to change to another course (after payment) up to 15 days before the start of the original course.
• If the change is approved by ECS, the trainee must wait until the selected course is offered by ECS.
• If a change request is made within 5 days before the start of the course, a 50% deduction of the course fees will apply.
• If a change request is made at the start of the training, a 100% deduction of the course fees will apply.
